Returns and Refunds Page 

We hope you loved your Lushfab Jaipuri Quilt as much as we love creating it. But if, for the above reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, please read the Guidelines below. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

We follow a strict no exchange policy. Jaipuri Quilts are made by following the traditional art form of block printing and screen printing and changing to a different color or size or style is never possible. Please verify the designs and sizes before selecting them.   

 

RETURN POLICY 

We follow a clear NO return policy. Exceptions are made under TWO CONDITIONS: 

  1. The received product is damaged or has a defect. (torn or color defect)  
  2. The delivered product mismatches the order. 

 

Returns are subject to the following: 

  1. Submit the return request within 48 hours of receiving the Quilt by writing us at lushfab.jaipur@gmail.com or placing a request on the number provided on the contact us page. 
  1. The product should be unused, unworn, and in the same condition with the tags on and in the same packaging as sent.  
  1. A nominal restocking fee of Rs. 100 per product will be deducted from the total refund amount. 
  1. If your location is eligible for a reverse pick-up, our courier partner will provide you with a date and time for the pick-up. Otherwise, please arrange for the product to be shipped to us at A-27 Janta colony, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur. 
  1. Once the return is received, our operations team will inspect and approve for return. Please allow 2-4 days for processing the return.
